Why Asian hair is so straight

straight hair

There are natural differences in human hair, they are natural and so there is nothing you can do about them. Somehow, these differences appear according to the races, for instance, let’s start with the Asian hair which is straight, it grows perpendicularly to the scalp compared to African hair which is thick and short that grows parallel to the scalp and it is very kinky and curly.

There are very many others apart from the example; comparisons can also be made in accordance with the density, color, and texture, like black and blonde.

Why Asian hair is so straight? There are not very many explanations that can explain why it grows specifically in a straight way but that is a feature that is in almost all Asian hair. However, we came up with the below reasons

  • The Asian hair has almost the highest number of cuticles a person should have, this means that the hair has almost ten layers of cuticles. This can be one of the reasons why the hair just grows straight.
  • The cuticles in the Asian hair are arranged in a slanting manner.
  • The distance from one cuticle cell to another is short in Asian hair; this might be the reason why the Asian hair grows straight.

Why does Asian hair stick out?

Sticking out of hair is very common in thing straight hair; it is a quite frustrating situation. This is because you will have to cut it out every time your sticks out. To understand how the hair feels when it sticks out is when you are just.  There are some ways you can use to fix this and save your hair front cutting. You can try to manage this through the following ways;

  • Use some products
  • To deal with sticking out of hair is not easy, you can try to use a very little amount of gel by putting it into your hands and rub it in your hair, and the oil in the gel will help to loosen the hair by keeping separate every single hair. It works the same just like a lubricant works. This is the easiest method you can use to solve your hair issue.

  • Heat your hair
  • Heat is a very effective method that will help to keep each of your single hair apart. You will require using a dryer and a comp to do this, pass a comp in the hair while drying it for several times and your hair will be good again.

  • Use  hair spray
  • Most hair sprays have very effective softeners that may help you deal with the stuck hair.  You should check on the kind of a spray you are using; some sprays might have ingredients that may damage your hair instead of helping you out.

  • User a wet comp
  • Sometimes all you need is a little amount of water but not applied directly to your hair, you can keep you comp into the water and drag the comp in your hair several times. However, this will depend on how hard your hair is. If it is too hard then this is not the appropriate method because it will be quite painful. If the hair is not too hard, this method will work best for you.

    Asia porcupine hair

This is very common in Asia, sometimes you will get you have very puffy hair and you may not like it very much. It is common in people who have curly hair, but if you have straight hair and you leave it to grow without maintaining it, you will end up with this kind of hair. If you want to avoid this, you will need to keep your hair in order, it is also beneficial because by doing this you make the hair easy to style and move.

    How do you fix this?

It is important to try to fix this because it may be really a problem if water enters the hair or at worse weather conditions. Here are some of the ways you can deal with that.

  • Braid your hair
  • This is the first thing you will think of when you are experiencing such a problem, it is the easiest and most convenient way to get hold of your hair. Braiding has a lot of benefits to your hair; one of them is that the hair will be able to keep the moisture hence remaining soft all through. If you want to avoid the frustration with your hair make sure you braid it every time you get out.

  • Trim your hair
  • Not necessarily all of your hair, but you can try to reduce the excess hair that brings problems to you. This is also a better method to try out. You can only cut some layers at the very end of your hair, well; if you want to do this right it is better that you visit a specialist to help you with that because your mirror only will not help you much.

  • Wear something on the head
  •  You can solve this by wearing something on your head; it can be a cap, a scuff or anything of your choice. All you need to do is to manage your hair so that it doesn’t disturb you by going straight to your eyes especially during bad weather.

  • Apply oil
  • Oil helps in keeping your hair together very well. Applying a little oil will help you much in keeping your hair in the right shape, just remember not to overuse.
