  • This is another type of a whey protein, this one has a lesser percentage, the powder only contains 95 percent of the proteins, it has a very low amount of fats and sugars.

  • Whey protein concentrate
  • This is another type of whey protein. The powder is in two categories, you will find one with less protein content and another one with high protein content. The powder with the lowest protein content is around 50 percent of proteins while the one with the highest content of protein is around 90 percent protein. All the remaining parts of the substance that complete the percentage to 100 is covered by the fats and lactose.
